As a recently established company on and extraordinary mission, the two principals have a combined 80 years of exquisite creativity and knowledge in the printing, paper, film and foil metals converting and manufacturing industries. We have turned our energies to supplying the floor covering industry with sample boards and point of display panels and in so doing, have raised the bar for everyone. Our unique approach afford you the ability to design the right board for your POP display, product and showroom. We can create a program for you or you can deliver your artwork to us in any format. We will pre-flight your CD's for completeness and provide you with proofs as designs dictate. The printing will be completed in days after receipt of accepted proofs, not weeks as is customarily done. NS Converters will mount, laminate, and shape the boards using the dimensionally correct substrates. We usually can ship the finished product in as little time as a few weeks after proof approval.
NS Converters accomplishes its flexibility and sophisticated wide range of services and products by its superior product knowledge and manufacturing know how. Our flexibility gets bottom line in offering the ability to supply boards in short runs with many patterns to long runs with many patterns. Our abilities include:
- Creative Design
- Single- multi- color printing inclusive of offset, digital, inkjet, silk-screen, flexo
- Coatings- aqueous, UV, varnish, and a large variety of suitable films. These coatings can be glossy, matte, or satin finishes
- Mounting capabilities- we prefer automatic, but in unique cases we use hand and semi- automatic
- Die- cutting on mainly chipboard and other acceptable products
- Varied shaping and edge treatments on hardwoods including our “Diamondized”© rounded and rolled edges
- Variegated range of substrates including tempered hardboards, MDF and our heavy MDF, pasted chipboard, and all forms of plastic
